For proper tracking and routing purposes, all workorders for technology and maintenance-related issues should be submitted using the new SchoolDude IT/Maintenance Direct system. Aside from emergency issues, all work orders are addressed on a"First Come, First Serve" basis. To ensure your issue is addressed in a timely fashion, please refrain from emailing technicians directly.

Note: For all printer-related issues (including toner), please check if your printer has a "Stewart Business Systems" tag with an ID number. If so, please contact Stewart at 1-800-583-4996 for service. If not, please continue using the SchoolDude ITDirect system to report your issue.
Note regarding Maintenance Requests/Work Orders: Maintenance requests require a separate password and should be submitted through your building administrator. Please contact your main office or head custodian for assistance submitting maintenance requests.
